Bristol West Insurance Company
The worst company every to deal with

I was hit by a drunk driver that ran a stop sign doing about 55mph. Whom should i also state was an illegal immegrant... He also ran left the seen and was later arrested...

Bristol west was the insured insurance company... The insured and his wife were also illegal immigrants. They had three different addresses and did not live and any of them.

Make a long story short bristol west would not take on the liability because the insured could not prove his residence...

So three months later i took the insured to court and won in small claims and the judge required that the insured get in touch with the insurance company to resolve there insurance so i could get my car fixed.

Bristol insurance was horrible for months they blew me off. Said there was nothing they could do. For months i heard nothing. I had to hound them everyweek and they kept telling me..."sorry there is nothing we can do until we varify some questions we have"

Also during this whole time they were investigating they were still provided the insured with benefits.

They have finally accepted blame for my car. But now the issues with the car mechanically are not covered and apparently not due to the accident... Isnt that ironic.

I guess i am screwed.
