Absolutely AWFUL customer service!!!
That is my story.
I paid in cash the day before my membership bill should be. Next day they charged my card for the month I paid.
I tried to reach customer service, that they could give me a right answer about it & could cancel this amount, but it was impossible!
So, I just want to ask: what're you doing over there, customer servise? What are you paid for? For not being able do anything!!??
Worst customer service EVER!
I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!
