My daughter was rear ended by a Bristol West policy holder and pushed into the back of a Mercedes. Bristol West is still refusing to pay the claim after 3 months because they have not talked to their driver. There were 2 other people involved in the accident and my insurance company has recorded statements from both stating that the Bristol driver was at fault. Due to no injuries, no one called the police, so until Bristol talks to the driver, they will not pay. I guess this is why they can offer insurance to people no one else will cover. They do not pay out claims. I can't wait until I take them to small claims.
