Read this carfully.
I purchased a car here in Dec. It has been serviced 4 times for thing such as coil srings (twice), transmission (took 3 weeks to rebuild), and the last time the car almost caught on fire. Their warrenty states that if you let ANYONE else work on the car, their warrenty will be null and void. YET, their prices for items that are not covered under the warrenty are extremly HIGH.

This last time that the car almost caught on fire and my children and I had to tuck and roll out; I told that service and sales manager that I no longer felt safe in the care and that I wanted a different car. He stated that he would make few phone calls and let me know. ONE MORE WEEK PASSED no phone call. I called them, they stated that they would do a collateral switch and that I could come and use a loaner. ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS of me driving a loaner, a loaner with no radio and squeaks like a have a tralior hutched to the rear. The service manager advised me that inventory was low BUT I was shown several of cars by the service manager. YET, everytime it was time to test drive the car, someone mysteriously sold it.

NOW the service manger is no longer working her (just up an quit). I was told by the sales manager 3 DAYS AGO that I would be getting a new car even if I had to go to another lot and look for one. MY CNAC rep also called the STORE manager and he stated that same thing.
TODAY, which is WEDS (while waiting for his " I will call you on TUES" phone call) THE STORE MANAGER (Joe Dawson) states that MY ORIGINAL CAR will be fixed in 2 days. I ask him what happen to me getting a new car? He claim that he told me that the service manager had no autherization to tell me that and the my car was fixable so they will be fixing it and returning it to me.

SO WHY WAS THAT NOT SAID A MONTH AND A HALF AGO? Why is that your employees don't communicate? You mean to tell me that you had no idea that the previous service manager was going to give me a new car? Don't you remember that YOU are the FIRST person that told me that I was getting a new car?

They are all LIARS. No one knows who his boss is, no one seems to care.
