J.d. Byrider - CNAC
Ripped me off, sold me a lemon, and charged me an arm and leg

I purchased a car from J.D. Byrider and about 1 month later I had to take it to them because it was running hot. They said it was running hot because the fan was not putting out on high.

Got the car back about 2 weeks later car started to run hot again. This time they said it was the thermostat. About 3 to 4 weeks later the car ran hot and cut off in the middle out the four lane.

I callled J.D. Byrider to send someone to come get the car and they did. They kept the car for about 3 months no one called me to let me know what was wrong with the car.

Everytime i called they said that the car would be ready the next day and that went on for about a month and a half. They still couldn't tell me what was wrong with the car nor did anyone tried to call me.

The only time they called me about the car was to see when i was going to pay the car note. I told them that the only thing they cared about was the car note and not about them fixing my car.

I also told them that i was not going to pay another car note until they fixed my car because now they have done had my car for about 3 months and haven't fixed it.

I asked for another car severals times but they wouldn't give me one. So after having the car for that long. They called me and said that my car was ready. When i took it for a test drive it was doing the same thing it was doing when they came and got it.

So they did some work to it while I was there. I drove it home and about a week later it was doind the same thing and was getter worser and worser so I called them to send someone to get it and they did.

So I called them the next day to see what was wrong with it and I told them that I no longer wanted the car anymore and that i was not going to keep putting my money into that lemon and could they let me get another car but they still wouldn't let me get another car.

I asked them to give me a letter saying that i no longer have that car so i could transfer my tag from that car and the manager in the financing Department (CNAC) got smart with me and told me that the only thing that i would get from them was a letter for when they start garnishing my check.
