AT&T wireless
Failure to honor service contract

To Whom it may concern;

I was an AT&T customer for over 5 years. When my Palm Pixie unexpectedly died for unknown reasons, I went to the AT& T store by my house. Well someone with AT&T put in the wrong mailing address and the new phone went to parts unknown. The manager at that store wanted me to pay for that phone. Well after he was done with his little temper tantrum, a new phone was ordered. After yet another temper tantrum from the store manager, he finally gave me a loaner phone that did not work at all.

After the new phone was delivered, I went back to the store with the new phone and brought back the loaner phone that didn't work. The new phone did not work, and I returned the non working loaner phone. After yet another temper tantrum from the store manager, a new battery was ordered and the store manager refused to get me a working loaner phone. This kind of nonsense went on for two weeks. Now I am a visiting nurse it is imperitive that I have a working phone with me at all times incase of emergency. The last time I was at that store, the store manager told me exactly what I can do with my service contract, and my phone, and what I can do with my job and my clients. So, if you want this $350 some odd dollars, I suggest that you go to the store manager at: 181 route 37E for the payment.

After being treated like that for 2 weeks, that is why I left AT&T, I did call the CSR's at AT&T to file a formal complaint, obviously AT&T doesn't care about keeping their customers.
