On Nov 11 i purchased a golden 21st centery matterss from this comp. And was told by Ron the sales person that " if you have a proIblem with it bring it to me and i will take care of the problem." I had a friend with me when i was told this information that would be glad to tell you. When i called on Dec 10 i was told to call back either tues or wensday to talk to the manager. I called back on wensday dec 15 and the manager was gone to the dr and when he got back he (Ron) would talk to him again about it because i had no way to take it up there and he would call me back he never called back. So again i called on dec 16 and talked to the manager who was extremely rude to me on the phone telling me that i was lying about what was said to me that his sells man told him he didnt say that. When i had the man i live with went up there 3 mo. Earlier and he told us then he would fix it if i had a problem and it had a 21yr warrenty on it. Then when i went back to get it i had a friend of mine go with me while someone sat here with him because hes now disabled and has to have 24 hours care i went to get it and Gayla and i were again told the exact same thing. If i had any trouble with it bring it to him and he would fix the problem for me so i wouldn't have any trouble. Now that im having a problem with it they are refusing to help me. I told them when i looked the first time it had to hold a 600lb man and myself 250lb and was told its ok this is the one you need and it has a 21yr warrenty on it and if you have any problems bring it to me i will fix it for you. Now that i bought the mattress im being told there is no warrenty on it because it did not put it on there box springs, there also is nothing written on my reciept that states no warrenty. I tried to handle it through the store and the manager was very rude and i asked for the owner and he got even more rude and was raising his voice telling me he didnt have to do a damn thing for me so i said i would call the better business bureau and he fine go ahead as a matter of fact why dont you do it while im on the phone.
