Avoid this company. If they already have your car, pay whatever it takes and take is else where, you will be better off. Do not believe anything Eric or Ted Kline tell you, including price. It will be higher or different when you get something in writing.
Their warranty is worthless. It requires the customer to bring the car back in 500 miles and pay $90.00 service fee and a $36.95 oil change. It then states the warranty labor is pay out at the rate of $35.00 an hour and the customer must pay the difference (their shop rate is $90.00 an hour) requiring the customer to pay $55.00 an hour for warranty work. It also states there is no coverage for oil, freon, shop supplies and towing—grab your ankles. My warranty went from 3 years 50,000 miles on my first invoice to 20 months 20,000 miles on the last invoice. I took the car to the dealer to have the work they had done corrected.
This company has a well deserved unsatisfactory rating with the Phoenix AZ Better Business Bureau. The BBB list Shawn Reese as owner.
