S & S Engine Re-manufacturing, Jeffery Johnson
Destroyed engine, liars, poor customer service

I ordered a long block from S & S because of their warranty and their claims of high quality. The engine failed while sitting at idle after only 6 months of use. They claim they warranty up to 3 years and 100,00 miles on an extended warranty but this engine barely made it 6 months. After returning the destroyed engine they denied the warranty using a form letter and reason that is impossible to prove. Jeff Johnson in the warranty department is sarcastic, nasty to customers, and a poor person to represent that company. His ego is more important than the company's reputation. DO NOT buy anything from them. They do not stand behind their products and will use fancy stories and lies to avoid replacing sometihng under warranty.
