Purchased a tire on line on 8/14/08, after about 10 days I called to check on the status. I was told the tire was not in stock but that they would be going to the warehouse the next day and would call with an update. No one ever called. I waited another 7 days or so and sent them an email requesting a refund never heard a thing. Once again gave them a few days to respond and requested a refund again, also with no response. I have since filed a claim with paypal and also with the internet fraud division of the FBI.
Very poor customer service, I would not recommend anyone to do business with them.
