I purchased a wheel and tire set from this company approximately 2-2.5 years ago and I have had to replace a wheel and tire here and there due to normal wear and tear. The customer service center has always been very helpful and easy to work with. I love the chat with a live person online. I just ordered a replacement tire via chat and paid with PayPal in like 5 minutes and didnt have to talk to anyone on the phone or sit on hold or anything. AWESOME service!
