Terrible Customer Service - DBL-105

I placed an order for a wheel and tire package two weeks prior to actually resolving my issue. I was told after placing my order that the rims weren't in stock by a guy named Junior (JR). He told me I'd receive a tracking number and everything would be shipped in two days. 5 days went by and I decided to email customer service, email Junior back, and call the company. I NEVER received an email back from customer service to this day, and the only email I ever received back from Junior was my payment receipt. I called Junior again days later after calling for days and being on hold, never getting anyone to come to the phone, and he told me he'd find out and call me back in an hour. Two days later, still no call. At this point, I called the company for the 50th time, and asked for a Manager. I was put on hold, waited for 20 minutes, and a Manager never answered the phone, let alone anyone else. Finally, I had to select "place an order" on their automated phone system just to speak to a human being, and he finally helped me out.

All in all, this company was a joke. Their customer service was equivalent to a McDonalds or Taco Bell. Their business ethics were as poor as anyone has ever seen, and they even claim to be sponsored by the Better Business Bureau. I filed a claim to the Better Business Bureau in Florida already to express my concerns, so hopefully this company turns their stuff around. I would not, however, recommend anyone places an order with this company.
