We began to look for a diesel truck and found the perfect truck at ray chevy little to know that they were about to screw us over in every possible way. Well it started first with melissa allin"salesman" who said that the truck was worth well over what it was we said no and went to leave thats when tracy "salesman" who said we could get the truck for low price and get financed with a decent apr with trading in our old truck with a plow to also help lower the price and they said we could walk out on a set low price, so we went to sign papers with a 8% apr were we thought everything was finallized said and done so we left with the truck, only to get a phone call a week later to say that we needed to come in and sign more paperwork cause the deal did not go threw, we went in there to sign papers and they said that in order for it to go threw they needed more money so we threw done 3000 more dollars on top of the old truck and plow and signed papers when they told us nothng else chaned!!! Well then we actually looked over the paperwork to find they highered the sale price by 6000 dollars and our apr jumped from 8% to 14% and our truck payment jumped almost $200 higher after we threw done more money... Yeah you tell me how that makes sense?
Well once we get deeper into the papers they overcharged us on the gap insurance by $400 were the finance guys said you could cancel it whenever so when we wanted to they wouldnt let us till i had to go in there and make a scene. And they also said originaly they did all the work on the truck fixing the u-joints and the brakes and new tires and the schocks well that was all a lie cause everything was old and needed immediate attention. We were so angry and there was nothing we could do about it because we trusted them when we re-signed the papers so the only way to get back was to re-finance right away and screw them over in the back end.
We are not the only people this happend to two of our good friends had the same thing happen to them were one decided to just give the truck back and told them to screw them selves because we warned him about it and told him not to go threw with it!
We will never go to ray chevy again nor will any of our friends and family they are a shady dealership who is running there buisness into the ground by jerking people around and lying to them!!!
