We purchased a motorcycle from Fox Powersports on 4/29 and have had the motorcycle picked up 3 times in 1 month because it would not start, or stay running. This bike has left us stranded, we had to pay for towing back to our house then wait for Fox to pick it up again. Fox Powersports could not find out what was wrong with the bike all three times it was there for repair. I called and spoke to Sales Manager whom told me if it occurred again they would "SWAP" out for a different bike. Finally my husband made it down to Fox to show them exactly what the bike was doing. Then again we were told there was a "Better" bike we could (yes again) "Swap" out because the bike has spent more time in the shop then our garage and the Sales Manager feels really bad. Now that it is time for the "SWAP" we were told Fox Powersports will only offer us $7,500.00 trade-in value (which is over $3,000.00 less then we paid for it just over 2 months ago because we dropped it, which has been repaired by insurance company) and upped the price on the "SWAP" motorcycle to $14,000.00 the Sales Manager continued to tell me that is the best he can do after "bending over backwards" Really, this is not customer friendly service what so ever. My husband and I have tried everything possible to resolve this issue and have gotten no where. If you go to Fox please watch out.
