On June 21st my husband and I went to Henderson Chevrolet to purchase a used car. We have a trade-in that we are upside down in. We go thru all their CRAP which took hours and hours even though I had pre-approval from the internet department. We made the deal, sign papers give them our trade and drive off in our new used SUV. Larry Williams told us we would have to come back in a few days to finish up. Finally, after numerous phone calls to themI was told that they were just SWAMPED and all our loan wasn't done yet. On the 10th day I call again and speak to Larry Jansen and was told that we were NOT APPROVED without additional down payment. We already gave them $3000 now they wanted $6000 more. I tell them that I will return the SUV to them tommorrow. I go in the next day, return their SUV and get my old car back, but it's missing the KEYLESS ENTRY on the keychain. IT IS GONE!!! Why the hell they ever removed it is beyond me. I expect to get my car back the same way I left it. There is some asshole named Shawn, that said " You probally never had one and if you did it was broke ". Which is not true. He even threatened to call the police and have me escorted off the property. I just want my property returned to me the same way I left it!!! Don't go to that dealership unless you like rude, greedy, lying, unprofessional sales people. Karen Las Vegas, Nevada
