Manufactuer (Ford Motore Company) issued recall notice regarding warpage of front dash. Recall notice expired on 31 Aug 02. Took into dealer on 10 Aug 02. They said they couldn't do the work that day becuase they had to order parts.
They never called me to say the parts came in and now want me to pay $100 towards cost of repair "because the recall period has expired". A major ripoff!!!
