I brought my car to Sears to have the brakes fixed. After 2 hours I brought the car home and the brakes began squeaking. I brought the car back the next day and the Manager agreed to put on "dealer brakes".
As I was driving home on the freeway one of my wheels became loose and came off. I spun out of control and ended up on the shoulder. I put on a spare tire and drove to a gas station. They told me that I was missing 2 lugnuts and the others must have barely been tightened.
I brought the car back to Sears and the Manager called me a variety of names and refused to fix the car or give me a refund. He said that I had the wrong lugnuts in the first place.
I will never go there again. But, my lawyer will.
