I took my SUV to get a detail. I was semi-pleased with the detail, could have been better... But, my floor mats were missing. I immediately called them when I got home. I'm just 5 minutes away. They said they'd look and check the bays and call me back. After a few hours I had not heard back from them. I picked up the phone and gave them a call and got the run around like no one know what was going on. I called a couple days later and asked for the manager and he hadn't heard what was going on. I told him what had happened and he told me they'd replace the mats with generic ones. My SUV is an Escalade and have mats that cost far more than $10 generic mats. He refused to help me with anything else and even withdrew his offer to provide generic mats.
I've since read many other complaints about these guys and their customer service policies.
