Lost or stole the floor mats to my car and denied they were ever there, ripoff

We brought in our car to get detailed. They closed before the car was finished so they rushed us out. On the way home we realized that the floor mats were missing. We returned the next business day and they told us the floor mats were never there. I said that maybe he sold them and he said fine i stole them there is nothing you can do now get off my property."
