If you do business with this company or are thinking about it, get away quickly if you can. If you have a contract with them just ensure that it is being followed. I used to work for them and so many times I had to lay down mats in a place that were not clean and from a previous stop or wash them off with a wet rag in the back of the truck.
Watch them closely, they will swap mats in different parts or your building. Of course it looks like they are bringing fresh mats in, but check how many versus the number they should be replacing.
Also, the mats are rarely dried and are delivered wet in a lot of cases unless they are a high dollar customer who requests that their mats are outside dried. So be careful, one step on a wet mat and then on tile or some other slick surface and you might be having customers slip and fall and hurt themselves.
If you are thinking of doing business with them, I wouldn't. A small company that doesn't have the equipment, inventory or manpower to do the job right. The ownership strikes me as the type who will cut any corner they can to squeeze every last penny out of their customers.
