I ordered their mats for my BMW - but when they arrived they had the wrong backing on them - I needed the raised nib backing that prevents the mats from sliding around. They couldn't have been nicer, sent me the return form, and credited my account so that I could order the correct ones. I love these guys - and the mats for my '03 Toyota Sequoia fit precisely and are a great finish and value. My advice to the others is: call the company to confirm your order details before hitting "purchase" - that will save a lot of frustration.
