Service call for cable line

This past year I registered for directtv with verizon bundle. Which was ten weeks before so when I switched on my next television, no satellite party, no stations, unworking distant. I named and was guide via a number of items to attempt but to no avail and lastly was informed it's in my own wire point. Actually the specialist employed my 28-year old comcast cable point for hookup and that I believe isn't my obligation or my problem, along with a new wire point must have been fitted. The technology explained it'd expenses 80.00 for something call-in that we WOn't purchase. I had been advised I currently possess the satellite dish and also the wire they employed: the receiver and distant participate in them. They'll not take away the meal from my top. I'm completely embarrassed with this specific organization and at the conclusion of the agreement Sept. 19 I'll change again to Comcast where the only issue I'd together was the several buck raises each year but I never had issues with them repairing a damaged or sagging wire line-in 28 years. Direct tvis only reaction: purchase something phone or obtain the insurance!!! Therefore today for that next 3 plus weeks I am spending money on something I cannot use of course if I remove the main one television, they need me to deliver back the receiver and distant and also have the 5.00 removed my statement by which I'm really leary of. I really donot trust them. Any reaction is accepted
