HI, I've heard dreadful things about Cal Worthington Ford, but when my car stalled at an intersection i was desperate for repair and didn't know where else to go. I had been to their service department before and they quoted me 250 but when i retrieved my car suddenley it was 550. All the guy could say was "you needed this" he didnt warn me or anything and i had to beg my a-hole boss for a loan so i could get it out and go to work. Ill bet your asking why i took it back there, but i believe in second chances and besides I've had simular bad expierences at two other places.
I handed my keys to a service manager named "Rob" and he told me he would let me know in a couple hours what was going on with my car. I sat and I sat and then i went home. Feeling like a second class citizen. All i want to know is the status of my vechile is that so hard. If you are too busy to look at it - Just say so - let me know - dont hold my car hostage!!! About 5 hours later i tried calling the service department; either there was no answer or he wouldn't come to the phone. He doesnt return the countless messages I leave and the other service techs wont answer me and its been a whole day. What do you think I have another car to pull out of my butt? Now im really worried. I only have enough for one cab fare and i dont know what the heck is going on. Now im going to march in there tomorrow and get my car back and take it somewhere else. My friend tells me this is typical behavior for them.
