Cal Worthington Ford
Anchorage AK has had my car in for service over 30 days and still not fixed

I purchased my 2005 Ford Focus Brand New in May. I have less than 39,000 miles on it. I purchased an extended warranty since I would be paying on the vehicle for more longer than the original warranty lasted.
A month and a half ago, my dash lights went out and then the gauges stopped responding.
When I called Cal Worthington Service regarding my service needs, they were unable to get me an appointment for about 2 weeks. Every time they called me to say my car was ready, I would make arrangements to get a ride since they don't offer rides to the dealership, then when I would check my car to make sure it was fixed, something else was wrong.
I took my car in for service because the dash lights went out and then all the guages stopped responding. The first time I went to get my car, the lights still didn't work so I had to take it back. The second time I went to get my car, the dash started smoking, the headlights and wipers wouldn't turn off even with the car turned off and the key removed from the vehicle. I went to notify someone in service that my dash was smoking and it took them about 10-15 minutes to find someone to come out and disconnect the battery. The next time I went to get my car, the lights worked but the dash was hanging down and the seatbelt had been pulled all the way out and wrapped around the back of my seat. It wouldn't retract. They told my pregnant daughter (who was going to drive my car home for me since I had another car that day) to just drive it home the way it was and bring it back for service the next day. We turned the car around and took it right back into the service bay. The next time I went to get my car, the dash still wasn't fixed and there were grease prints all over the dash and seatbelt adjustment on the side wall of the car. The final time I spoke with Worthington, AFTER THEY HAD BEEN WORKING ON MY CAR FOR OVER 30 DAYS, they claimed that everytime they shut the front door, the tail gate would pop open and that when they looked at the wiring there was exposed and broken wires.
They claimed that the damage must have been from the body shop that worked on my car ABOUT A YEAR AGO. I NEVER had any problem with the tail gate "popping" open until AFTER Worthington "SERVICED" my car. Now, Worthington is saying the body shop is at fault and the body shop is saying it has nothing to do with them. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR AND I'M GETTING TIRED OF THE RUN AROUND.
Autumn with Ford Customer Care doesn't seem to be able to help since she is only listening to Worthington and won't even discuss the issue with the body shop. No one seems to care about me and how much of an impact this has had on me to not have a car for a month and a half. I still have to make my monthly payments but don't have a car to show for it.
This morning, temperatures were in the low teens. Do you know how hard it is to walk, ride a bus, or wait for a co-worker/family member to pick you up when it is that cold!?!? I am so frustrated. I just want my car back, in once piece, fixed the right way, and no smoking dash or messed up seatbelt.
Oh, by the way, Worthington "fixed" my dash by using 2 sided tape to keep it on. That's service!
