My 2010 ford fusion stalled 3 time on my drive home from picking up my children from school. Calling fords roadside assistance it took the 2 hours before they came to pick up the vehicle! I called the service department at lafayette ford in fayetteville nc to be told they dont know what i should do about not having a vehicle I have 2 disabled parents and 4 children and i am a single mother upon buying the car brand new I thought i wouldnt have had any issues! All I m getting is the run around and no answers from anyone!!! Very discusted!!!
