Did not pay off trade in, lost keys and still needs major repair ripoff

I bought a Ford Focus 6 mos. Ago. The car broke down with 55 miles on it and had to be returned to Worthington Ford on a tow truck. It took them 3 days to fix it and they would not speak to me about the repairs made. After some research, I founf out it was the fuel sensor.

With 6k miles on the car it has major problems. It is swaying while driving, rattleing and shuttering, and rear brakes grind while stopping. Took car back to Worthington Ford for repair.

Decided to buy a truck because I hate the car. My finance guy went on vacation and left my deal open and never paid off my trade. After tons of lies and stalling by Worthington, I finally got them to take back the truck yesterday (4/26/06).

Now I have a late payment on my credit report and had to pay the late payment finance charge for the Focus that they still have.

Car was never repaired and I am now in a rental while they repair it.

They also lost the keys to the Focus in the process and have to re-key the car.

Hours of time lost at work dealing with Worthington and finance company. Worthing has never accepted a phone call from me and has never responded to a phone message or e-mail the whole time this has been going on. The only time I could speak to someone is when I went to the dealership and made a scene on the showroom floor.

Beware - don't buy or service a car at Worthington Ford.
