West Coast Muscle Car, sacromento ripoff fraud

I purchased a cowl induction hood, hood door assembly kit and the hood pin kit from Mike Rek, owner of West Coast Muscle Car. These items were bought from him on the 8th of July at the Spokane Fair Grounds swap meet. The hood he had at the swap meet, but the rest of the items he said that he would special order them and send them to me, well it is now 19 November and I still do not have them. I paid 100.00 for the items that I did not receive and everytime I call and talk to him I get a story that he is to busy to mail them. I think there is some fraud involved.
