I purchased a 1968 Dodge Charger hood from Unlimited Products and took delivery Dec. 21st. We installed the hood March 5th. With the front and rear of the hood flush the center of the hood is above the fenders. It's bowed almost 3/8".
I sent an e-mail with photo's showing them and explaining to them the problem. I requested a reply in how to proceed to return the hood for a replacement. I did want my money all I wanted was a good hood.
I called them March 9th because I did get a reply from them. Unlimted Products said (get this) they can't get pictures on e-mail but they got the written text. I said I will send the pictures to them UPS red. The pictures were received on March 12th. They did not want to admit they got them but I had proof and finally they admitted they got them. The next couple of weeks went bye and I called another dozens times, one time she told the owner has to review the pictures the next time she said the supervisor had to review the pictures.
