Overcharged car insurance for simple accident repairs and took about one month to repair the car. No receipts given to customer. When custom complained about the poor workmenship done on the car, owner of this auto repair promised to fix the problem without extra charges. The owner of the auto repair lied by charging the car insurance with extra costs calling it supplementary charges.
The customer complained and refused to pay for the supplementary cost so the auto repair tried to tow the car away. Basically, auto repair did not fix the car but demaged the car even more, over charged the insurance company for repairs they did not do and customer is rendered to pay for the supplementary costs. Customer was not satisfied with their business.
