I worked at the Tigard, OR, office for about 3 years. It was hard work, for the most part the employees were nice to work with, and they usually took care of the customers to the best of their ability. The stress of working with people under stress (accident/theft victims), and one manager in particular, made for a high turnover rate among employees, but we were graded on how well we worked with the customers AND how fast we paid out medical bills! (That's the department I worked in.) I finally had to get away from that manager so I left, but was so impressed with how customers were handled in general that we now have Progressive for our auto insurance coverage.
