Bought 2 policies for our vehicles in December 06.
One vehicle went to the shop today (2/4/08) for a leaky water pump which according to our (POS) contract, should have been covered.
Our dealer called the number on the claim card and was redirected to the "South Carolina Office". He never got to speak to anyone but got a recording about courts and out of business crap.
I called myself and got the same thing.
I hate getting scammed just like you do. Glad that I didn't pay them up front and that I still had payments remaining. That's the only thing that I'm smiling about right now.

Here's one more number that the recording said that you could call in March 08 to see if anything has changed to our benefit. (yeah right. If they are bankrupt then they have nothing for us)
