MEPCO told me that since I didnt have records of oil changes by a certified tech that my warranty was void on a water pump claim

My water pump went out on my car I called MEPCO they said sure your car is covered. After they diagnosed the water pump was bad MEPCO said that they wouldn't cover the repair because I changed my own oil. Also I never recieved any guide lines or contract for my warranty. Just a monthly charge!!! I hope they rot and d! 3.
