She's siad she could help

I call today to Dealer Services, because I found out last night that they may not be legit. I closed my direct debit and my debit card that thay may no longer take my money. I talked to Michele she seemed to be a lot of help. I advised her of what I found on the internet and she said that Dealer Services wrote for Ultimate the warranty company and Ultimate stopped paying the policies when a warranty need to use their warranty, so all the warranties they wrote they will honor them. I am trying to find out if that is true and if it is I have been given the option to continuing paying by check. I really need this warranty and I want to find out if all that she said is true. She said that is was ok to post her name and extention so that people on ti=he website I read could call her to fix there problem even on an old claim. They have decided to pay for Ultimate the claim. So, anyone willing to call and talk to her to see if she could reall help and let all the others know by posting the results could help me keep my coverage and possibly get you the refund you deserve.
