Premier KIA Lied to get sale. Ripsoff Military. Liars, rude

To whom this may concern,
I am not sure how far this complaint will go but im gonna take my time to write this email and explain my experience with one of your dealerships. Let me start by stating that my family and I have just recently bought a 2007 Kia sportage on November 23rd at Premier Kia in Kenner Louisiana. This vehicle had 25 miles the day we drove it off of the lot. When we were test driving this car we had noticed that the vehicles visor mirrors were cracked and the car didnt have any floor mats. We notified the saleslady that was dealing with us about this problem. She told us the mats must have been in the parts department that she would check to make sure. She came back and told us that she didnt see any floormats that someone must have taken them out to put into another sportage. She also said the reason for the visors was probably because someone stepped on them or they were dropped since they dont originally come attatched in the car. She then told us that she had already put the mats and visors on order and promised us they would be here within a week to give her a call back. Ok that was fine. Well, we finished our business... Signed the contract and we took our new Kia home. On the way out she reminded us to call in a week to see about the parts she put on order for us. We had called Premier KIA yesterday to see if our parts had come in. We spoke to the sales manager there because we were told that the saleslady we had was out due to an accident. We told him that we had floor mats on order and visors. He then told us we werent gonna be getting floor mats because he knew nothing about them. My husband explained to him the situation and what our saleslady had promised us BEFORE we signed the contract and bought our car... He did not budge. He flat out told us we werent getting any mats from him. Excuse me??? So we were basically lied to just so we would go ahead and buy this vehicle? I know that if the saleslady would have told us ahead of time that there was no way we could get floormats for our car that we would have refused to buy. Let me remind you that the factory plastic is still on the floors that says to be peeled off by dealership only because they didnt want to take it off because we didnt have any mats at the time of purchase. My husband argued with this man on the phone for awhile about how we were promised something before purchase and we were expecting to get what was promised. He seemed as if he didnt really care what we had to say HE didnt promise anything so we were basically screwed. NO, maybe he wasn't the one that promised us but the person who works for him did. We even drove up to the dealership last night from Belle Chasse because thats where we are stationed just so my husband could sit down with him and explain everything. He sent us away with NOTHING! Aren't vehicles supposed to come with floor mats??? I DID NOT buy a 20,000 vehicle for it not to come with floor mats that its supposed to have in the first place. Im completely horrifed with the way KIA has treated us. They were so nice to us while we were there looking for a car and the minute we sign a contract we get treated like this? I feel like my family was hustled and told nothing but lies just so Kia could get a sale. The sales manager told us that he would talk to the saleslady when she returned back to work and if what she had promised us was true then he would take it our her paycheck. Is it that hard to give one of your customers that just bought a new car from YOU floormats that the car should have in them to begin with? Is this the way Kia deals with all of their customers? Like i said before. Im not sure how far this will go or if anyone really cares for that matter but im truely upset about this entire situation and i think its complete nonsense that we were lied to about something that was promised to us by one of your dealerships. If anyone can help me or can give me a reason why we were so badly treated please give me an email or a call back.
