2004 my then girlfriend got a 97 dodge neon from JD Byrider/CNAC for a total of $11,739.68 The car was nothin but problems. But she made all of her payments. The car was so bad she would not drive it because she was scared to drive it so i had to. She took it to them a number off time to have (JOE) tell her it was not the car, it was the tires, so she got new tires, (the rims were ok also). After that the sent her to some shop to have it worked on, the shop was a run down little shack, lol... And it tas not an ASE shop... = (.. Then i toatled the car. The rear end messed up sending me in to a spin.
So by then she owed about $5,339.00. The car was worth $2,000.00
so the insurance payed $2,000.00, leaving $3,255.00 due.
Abd they wanted it now. But before that they wanted to try to get the insurance co. To not total the car and let there non ASE machanic fix it. Lol
So after a month or two, And she made her payments. They told her that they would get her another car "from them", and they would eat the amount due. So she was like "OK".
Well when she whent in, and after looking at a car, they told her that they could not eat that amount, but they would add it to the new loan for her and pay off the other loan. So being young "19 Years old" she did it. Now she owes $13,436.04 on a 1999 Sunfire.
The second day she had the car it broke down. They sent it to there non ASE guy, a joke he fixed it. Well you a few months, then it broke down anther time. So this time i took it to a real shop "ASE", well they said it was the computer, and trans. Well they didnt cover it. And it was goingto cost over $1,000.00, so we gave them back the car.
Well now they are sueing us for $6,000 "owed on the sunfire loan" and $3,255 "the amount transferd to the sunfire loan, from the neon"
Pluss the wont give back the car for us to sell. Well needless to say we are going to court.
