Pheonix Remanufactured Tran Did not ship my transmission and will not refund my $3000.00

I Purchased a $3025.00 transmission from Jackson on october 26. I was informed that it would ship in 10 to 12 business days. It did not.

He also informed me that I should not bother to send them my core, because it has already been diassembled and they would not refund my core charge. I was told by Jackson that I should scrap my transnission and mabey I would get 50 or 60 bucks for it.

Today is december 3rd and I have no transmission and no core and no money. I have talked to Alex, Jackson, Gabriel, and left dozens of messages for an apparently ficticious man named Frank C Kuperman who is supposed to be the president of this company.

I am very angry. I would love to sue this bunch since they have left me no choice.
