Deceptive Sales Practices ripoff

I went to Bill Heard to look for a truck. I found one and went in to check on buying it. The first thing the salesman ask if I had a trade. I told him yes. He wanted to know what it was. I gave him the information including the VIN on my insurance card. I told him that I bought it wrecked and had it fixed. He didn't seem to care about that. Note: I was not in the truck at the time. He was very pushy. He then ask what I owed on it. I told him the payoff approximatily. He called the bank and told the girl they were going to pay it off in 10 days and wated the payoff for that time. The payoff was about 30.00 dollars higher due to interest. He went and got somebody else to close the deal. I talked to him and he was also pushy. He said so you have a trade in. He then described it as a 2005 pickup. I told him that I bought it wrecked too. They didn't seem to care about my trade and said they would take it. They offered me payoff on it.

We finally got down to the dealing and got everything in writing. The salesman wanted me to drive the truck to pick up my wife and bring her back from Arkansas. I called her and she did not want to drive a new truck in Memphis at night, so I took my company truck home and picked her up and drove my trade in back over there. The finance dept. Guy said if we just put her name on it the interest would be better so we agreed.

A week after I had the truck they called back and wanted to redo the contract because my trade had been wrecked. I told them that the contract had been signed and they said it was not final. I then got online with GMAC and it had been assigned an account number and my payment was listed along with the truck despciption.

Now they do not want to pay off my trade in. It has been 10 days and it is in the contract for them to pay it off. I will get a lawyer if need be. I don't think they would let me renegotiate if I didn't like the deal after agreeing to it.
