Attention All Toyota Owners: Contact the Bank or Credit Union or TMCC and get copies of ALL loan paperwork for your vehicle transaction! If you purchased or even leased your Toyota in the last SEVEN YEARS you may have an extended warranty that you DON'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT!
What good is an extended warranty if you do not know about it? You may have signed paperwork that they did not tell you about. Remember, if ANY of your LOAN paperwork was FORGED by someone at the Dealership, you have Legal Rights! Get copies of ALL the loan paperwork ASAP! Just think, an extended warranty that you didn't even know about could possibly pay for a potential Sludge Problem in your Toyota vehicle!!!
Also get a copy of the INVOICE that was submitted with your loan and make certain that the OPTIONS listed on the INVOICE match up with the options on YOUR vehicle. If they don't, then you were RIPPED OFF and so was the Bank! You have legal rights to pursue a case against that Dealership! The people in the Dealerships who are TRICKING you are most likely TRICKING the Banks too! The Banks do not like to be tricked, neither do you! Take action now. No one else is going to do it for you. And just think, it might get you on T.V.
