On 05/04 my husband and i wanted to trade in are 2002 malibu we had purchased from right honda so we decided that we would go back and hopefully get a better car since we just had a baby and we also have a two year too. So immeditly when we arived we had all those sells men trying to talk to us but we had already set up an appointment with a sells men. My husband and i looked at alot of cars and pick out a 2002 honda accord when we went inside they wanted us to pay 650.00 a month we explained that we wanted to stay in the 250.00 to 300.00 range because we are young parets just starting are family. They argued and said we would not be able to get a car for that much a month so a big manager came over and we talk it out he offerd us a 2007 ford turus we said no those are not a reliable cars. I noticed a 2006 malibu sitting out front so i asked about that one the big manager came back and said okay for that one the payments would be about 380.00 a month and we said that was kind of high but we needed a new car for our family and trusted them since we had been there before when we got back to finace we sat infront of a man named mark fergason he told us if we paid 448.00 a month for 6 months that we could refinace and bring the payment down alot so we agreed to that well about two to three days later mark fergason called my husband and i back to come in said he messed the contract up so we agreed to come in BIG MISTAKE we had to sign a new contract where the payments went up ye again to 459.00 because he messed up on how much we put down so we signed the new one and went home well a few weeks later the first bill comes in the mail and it says 542.68 and we were like what is going on here so we went to the dealer ship and mark fergason said ill cut you a cheak for 600.00 dollors and that will cover fo 6 months then we would refinace he explained that he messed up so we agreed mark fergason said to come back on that following wensday well we had aq family emergency and couldent make it so we called and mark fergason said no problem to come in a couple of days latter when we arived he was not there first he was on vacation then the dealership told us he was fierd at this point we have lost it so we went in to the dealership and began to find out whats going on they pull out this different contract that my husband and i have never seen and had that payment amount of 542.68 a month and my husband signiture was on it but was very light so now were stuck with this big huge payment for a 2007 malibu and the over all price went up 10,000 dollors because some one decided they wanted to screw us over. I trully bellive that mark fergason put that pice of paper under the contract we was signing and fradued us. Mark Fergason is no longer there with right honda due to same reasons i guess were not the only ones. I want every one to know that right honda is scam artist and they will rip you off they say you cant go wrong at right honda well its more like you cant go right with right honda.
