CASTLE HONDA hires only scam artists and ripoff artists. Their salesman, BILL JEW, is the biggest con artist of them all. He will quote you one price and then, when you go to buy the car, tell you he can't sell the car for that price. The general manager is never at the dealership and when you call him to complain he NEVER calls you back, no matter how many calls you make to him.
I wish I had checked consumer complaints and GOOGLE before I went to the dealership because if I had I would not have wasted my time. I see there are lots of negative things not only about the dealership but BILL JEW in particular.
I don't know how people who sell for a living can have such rotten attitudes and still make a living selling cars. The finance manager, Mark, should find another job because he treats everyone like they are beneath him and he's doing you a favor by even talking to you. Both MARK and BILL JEW and f... Assholes.
Don't buy your new or used car from CASTLE HONDA. And, in particular, don't deal with BILL JEW.
