Cottman Transmission Cottman Transmission/ZR1 Teansmission ripoff dishonest giving the run around denying warranty service bad parts

I have a 1995 Chrysler LHS, and was experiencing some transmission problems with it. So i called Cottman Transmissons and Larry, the manager told me that they would come tow the car and give it a free diagnostic. More than 5 hours went by and i haven't heard from them.

So i called them and the manager told me that they hadn't gotten to my car yet and that they were going to pull it out and check it tommorow. I called back the next day and they told me to come down so they could talk to me.

When i arrived the manager told me that it was the torque converter, which was at the bottom of the transmission that was damaged. He then told me that the part was so torn up that it looked like someone put a hack to it!

After consulting with him and coming up with a agreement for the repair of my transmission he quoted me 1,900.00 and told me that my car would be ready in 5 days.
So on 1/30 Cottmans called me to come pick up my car. They told me that they had rebuilt the parts and found other small problems like 2 new axles that they replaced, oil change, cleaner injetor, pass side hub, and the ABS Sensor replaced. The total came out to be $2571.67. I paid them for their services and signed my paperwork and drove off.

A month later i started experiencing the same problems that i had experienced before like it not it would slow down in the middle of the road, jerk, and not change gears. While pressing on the gas it went nowhere but make a humming noise.

I called Larry, the manager and told him what was going on. He told me to bring it on in because they could've gotten a bad part. So i took my car back to them. They ended up keeping it half a day and called me back. Larry told me that there was nothing wrong with the transmission and gave me my keys back.

I took my car back to Cottmans 3 more times before my transmission completely gave out on me again after having it supposingly fixed while i was driving on the Interstate. I called Cottman and someone other than Larry, the manager answered. He said his name was Brian. I told Brian what had happened, and that i could've gotten killed, and i'm stuck on the side of the road in another town! He said " well Larry's not in, he'll be here in 15 mins and as soon as he comes in we'll get something headed your way."

So an hour and a half went by and i didn't hear from anyone. I had to end up callin and paying a tower $125 to tow my car back to my town. I then called Cottman again. After telling them that i paid over $2500.00 for my car to be fixed and i can't afford to just throw that kind of money out so they would need to fix it or reimburse me plus the towing bill. They came to pick up my car and told me that there was a part broken off in the transmission.

Now, i made 4 attempts previously to the transmission giving out and they denied me each time. Even though i was still under warranty on the transmission they told me that it may be an electrical problem to where my car loses power and my computer is reading the old codes. I took it to another shop and they told me that i had no electrical problem, but they did find a transmission oil leak and the pan from under the transmission was missing.

I made Larry and his workers aware and showed them the paperwork of all of this during those 4 attempts befor e the transmission gave out on me Again! They have yet to fix my car. They keep giving me the run around and saying things like "its not the transmission darling." I fell like i was taken advantage of.
