Cottman Transmission charged me $225.00 to diagnose my car told me my transmission needed to be rebuild and it would cost me $1,700.00 I told them I could not afford the price and would come and get the car.
When I got to the shop the reginal manager refused to give my keys until I had given him $225 cash. As a single woman I felt like he had taken advantage of me he also had a sign above the shop that said free check.
Beware ladies, Cottman transmission takes advantage of women becuse they think we are stupid. Get a second opinion and do not settle. I am going to court to try and get my money back. Only then will I give up.
