On March 13. I have made a purchase of a pair of Altezza taillights for my jeep Cherokee. With international delivery the total amount was US$283. The status of the order #33553 did not exist, so I email them requesting my status and perhaps the items tracking number if they have sent me the item.
For 2 months, I politely request them for the status, emailing them to one email box and finally ending up in emailing to everyone of their email boxes. I start to email them rightaway on March, then about once a week, for the last couple of weeks every other day. I try to be very polite, as I do not wish to anger them so they will reply to my emails. But so far silence...
I asked my sister and her friend for advise, that's the reason I am posting now.
