Placed order in January. It's June and order or response.
On January 11 I placed an order online with Drum Supply House for $127.93 for:
24 Bass Drum T rods, Claws and a pair of Spurs.

I received a confirmation email for order #2834356 and my credit card was charged on this day. I hadn't received my order so I sent a polite email February 27th asking for a order status update. No response. I called about a week later and left a message. No response. Sent another email on March 20th requesting an order status update. I received an automatic reply stating:
"We are a little buried and short of help in the email dept. Right now. We're working through email as quickly as we can, so we must ask for your patience in reply. If you have an urgent need for info or update, please do call us M-F during the day central time."

About the middle of April I sent a message through Drummaker.com's website form. I got a response on April 29th
stating that they were sorry and would track down the order and get back with me that day. I did not receive a response of any kind.

All this time I'm still receiving promotional emails from Drum Supply House to purchase their products.

I sent another email with no response and called and left messages twice. On June 4th I post on Drum Supply House's facebook page inquiring about the order. The post was promptly removed and I received an email stating:

"This will be handled ASAP
-Andy Foote"

I have not heard from Mr. Foote or Drum Supply House since.
