Drive Financial was the main reason why I filed for my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. It was discharged July. Driver Financial was listed as one of the creditors.
They are in contempt of court by defying Chapter 7 Bankruptcy court order. They continued to report to all the credit companies that I owed them money when that was not true. That debt was wiped out and discharged on July. They have further damaged me,
I want to be a party to the class action lawsuit that I hear may be planned. Who do I get in contact with?
