I was employed by winner auto group in the service department. While there I noticed customers cars coming back in for the same problem that they were there for last time and in most cases the cars were misdiagnosed or the technician causecd a new problem while repairing it.
When this was brought to my manager's attention I was told when it happens say you found something else wrong with it so they can charge the customer. The dealership does not even have all the required equipment from the manufacturer either so this also causes problems. The management makes rude comments about customers behind their backs.
Also it was brought to their attention that some technicians were charging customers up to 4 times what the industry standard Chilton Labor guide called for but yet still nothing was done about it. After disagreeing with Winner's unfair and sometimes unlawful practicesI resigned as I was being harassed and discriminated against after bringing this severe matter to light.
And to this day they still have the same employees and managers involved in this working there. So i'll end this buy saying use extreme caution when dealing with this company.
