I would just like to add to the previous negative comments about Optical Outlets that it is no wonder customers are having such bad experiences. I happen to know of someone who was employed there and the 'cut-throat' practices there amongst the employees is simply unbelievable! Corporate does not want to get involved even though they have been given information about unfair labor practices that are going on within this company. It is all about 'up-selling' and management does not care if their employees are properly trained in order to give the patients and customers proper service. Sufficient training for the employee to do the best he/she can do for the customer/patient does not exist at this company and will not be encouraged by Ms Gonzalez who has the 'title' of district manager. Anyone employed here WILL be set up for failure. Nobody wil care whether you succeed at your profession or not ~ short of 'making money' and not waves. Sorry Optical Outlets... Until you do right by others, eventually you will fail.
