Winner Ford of Cherry Hill installed a circuit breaker for a 3.8L Mustang to my 5.0L. I have the receipts and instructions for the recall to prove it.
I knew something was very wrong when I called Ford Motor Company Customer Relations recently and I was advised that they did not have any information on the recall to give me and they could not give me any part numbers that apply to the recall. They knew it was me calling. I haven't advised them of my most recent findings yet. But when I checked the NHTSA website I found several very similiar complaints to mine involving this recall and 1995 Ford Mustang GTs.
Ford Motor Company must have been aware of these other complaints and if they really cared they would have found the mistake that was made on my car and probably made in the other complaints. It was as simple as them looking for what was the part number of the circuit breaker that Winner Ford installed on my car and what was the part number that they should have installed.
Winner Ford made a big mistake charging me for the engine-cooling fan and other repairs when they knew or reasonably should have known they installed the wrong circuit breaker to the engine-cooling fan.
Ford Motor Company may be involved. I'll find the truth there also.
In addition. Winner Ford also forgot to attach ground wires after they repaired the damage from the overheating, which cost me additional money. My thermostat is also leaking. This was also supposedly repaired by Winner Ford when they repaired the overheating damage.
I've read New Jersey's Consumer Fraud Act and Consumer Affairs Regulations from beginning to end. Winner Ford of Cherry Hill committed fraud.
What happens from here depends on if Winner Ford of Cherry Hill is finally willing to do what is right. That's all I ever asked.
