I was cut off by of this company's employees in on of his customer's vehicles.in order to avoid an accident i swerved out of the way and subsequently ran into an concrete mailbox. Right in front the business itself.
The police were called to the scene and the employees stated that Mr. Nichols was in jamaica and the guy driving the vehicle said "we'll (the company) will make this right".
Called the company and asked for the owner and was put off by this guy "Donnie" and he claimed the same thing just provide me with a police report and all my info. Did that and they've still neglected to repair my vehicle. Gave this guys company more paperwork and his henchman told me to get a lawyer and he ain't fixing anything.
Do not do business with this company. I will try again to work it out with "Mr. Nichols" if this guy really exists. I will keep you posted. If anyone has any type of advice on how to remedy this situation in a better way plz show me the light.
