I went to Dustin Nichols to prepare a trust and to form a limited liability company for my new business. I expected professional work and was instead given a totally worthless pile of very unprofessional looking papers full of mispellings and incorrect data.
I was forced to redo the entire plan with a professional law firm. Of course I never saw a refund of my five grand.
I do not recomend you use this lawyer for anything complex or involving tax issues. Mr Dustin Nichols is NOT qualified to prepare such matters.
